Occasionally, some items are temporarily out of stock or due for delivery into our offices

We'll contact you if there's going to be a delay.

We use DPD courier service along with Royal Mail's Recorded & Special Delivery services, which require a signature. If, at the point of delivery, they are unable to find someone to sign for the parcel, they’ll leave a card so that you can arrange to collect the parcel from your local delivery office or arrange another delivery.

We usually despatch orders within 1-3 working days. During very busy periods there may be a short delay, but we'll email you as soon as your order is on its way.

EC countries

Please supply us with your full VAT number if you have one. If you are not VAT registered we will charge VAT at the current UK rate. Local import duties may also be payable on receipt of your order.

All other countries

12-14 working days

We ship to countries worldwide. Our standard international delivery charge is set at £150, but dont worry, we weigh all international parcels individually to calculate the most economical service for you and will only ever charge shipping at cost price.

If payment was made online, any difference in cost will be refunded directly to your payment card. If payment was not made online, we will contact you with an amended total as soon as your order is ready.

Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order.

Returns

We have a no-fuss, no-quibbles returns policy.

  • You can cancel an order within seven days for a full refund in accordance with European Consumer Law.
  • If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
  • Unless items are faulty, you return them to us at your own expense.
  • You may exchange unused and unopened items within 7 days for alternative goods.

We are required by European Consumer Protection Law to offer you your money back within 30 days of an order cancellation.

Sale items are sold as seen and as such are non-returnable, however if a sale item is faulty we will happily replace or exchange for another item of the same value.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Total Satisfaction

You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 7 days after purchase if the products are unused and unopened. If you have ordered something by mistake, or decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 7 days.

We regret that in compliance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of earrings.

Non-deliverable and unclaimed orders

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided.

Defective Items

If an item is found to be faulty, we just ask for an image of the item, along with the code and invoice number, to be sent to us by email – returns@pom925.com 

We will then replace or refund the item for you within 7 working days.
