We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and often process orders within 24 hours, so you won't have long to wait. If you select 'Express Delivery' when placing your order, we'll make sure your order is processed super quick.
Yes, you can enter an alternative delivery address at the checkout when you place your order.
We do our best to keep good stock levels but sometimes due to very high demand we may sell out of some designs. If a product is 'expecting stock' you can add it to a back order for later delivery. If an item is not yet on order, we can let you know when it comes back into stock. Just click the 'Email me when in stock' button in the product details page and you'll be kept up to date.

We offer a secure online card payment service and offer a 5% discount for immediate payment.
Many of our customers like to make payment when they place their order to take advantage of our immediate payment discount and your first order must be paid pro-forma. However, if you'd prefer to open a POM credit account for future orders you'll need to fill out an account application form. Please contact us to request an application form and we'll send one out to you.
If you'd like to make an adjustment to your order please call us on 01225 777749, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet we'll be able to make changes to it for you.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and often process orders within 24 hours. Standard UK mainland and northern Ireland delivery is £6.50. Carriage is free for orders over £400 net. Your order should be delivered within 3-4 days, and we'll send you tracking details once it's been despatched.

Please supply us with your full VAT number if you have one. If you are not VAT registered we will charge VAT at the current UK rate. Local import duties may also be payable on receipt of your order. Please allow 10-12 working days for delivery.
Our standard international delivery charge is set at £150, but dont worry, we weigh all international parcels individually to calculate the most economical service for you and will only ever charge shipping at cost price.
If payment was made online, any difference in cost will be refunded directly to your payment card. If payment was not made online, we will contact you with an amended total as soon as your order is ready.
Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order. Please allow 12-14 working days.
If you have ordered something by mistake, or decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 7 days.
We regret that in compliance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of earrings.
You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 7 days after purchase if the products are unused and unopened.
If an item is found to be faulty, we often don't need you to return it. Please just email an image of the item, along with the code and invoice number, to returns@pom925.com
